One day you might want pizza, the next day lobster, and another day just a simple bowl of cereal. Giving yourself permission to let your desires evolve is key to staying true to yourself. I always want to stay locked in and on the hunt, pulling so hard toward my goals that people are shocked by the drive 💪. But staying hungry also means staying humble. Whether in fitness or business, whenever I meet someone highly skilled, I don't assume I have all the answers—I compliment them and pick their brain. Ever open the fridge knowing you’re hungry, but nothing inside looks appealing? 🍕 Sometimes our life goals feel the exact same way. We know we want something next, but we struggle to pinpoint what it actually is.When you look around and don't see what you want, it’s time to sit down and write out your list before you go searching.
